Every once in a while you meet a person and just immediately give them a hug...despite having never met them before in your life! This was Alicia for me-darling, endearing, warm, kind, smiling, beautiful...and right off the bat. All the stars aligned on this one. Neat as a pin, clean as a whistle, prompt, communicative, thoughtful, and inquisitive. I mean, I have nothing but over-exaggerated positives for this lady!
